In keeping with this motto we create space for children. Especially in the first years of life, discovering and experiencing the world together, through play, is particularly important. In our nurseries children can unfold their personality in a warm, loving atmosphere.
We respond sensitively to the needs of our little ones and give them the attention and support they need at any given moment. In this way they develop, step by step, into confident, open-minded and responsible individuals.
Concept & protection
Every Kukita has its own educational concept and its own protection concept – tailored to the rooms, groups and team on site. Please choose your location. The documents are currently available in German only.

Protecting the children entrusted to our care from all forms of violence is a central task of every day-care centre – binding for all employees.
Specialist advice
Our specialist advisory service supports the educational work at all six Kukita locations. It provides professional guidance to the teams, helps develop our educational concept and protection concept further, and ensures that our quality standards are upheld in everyday practice.
For parents it is a point of contact for educational questions that go beyond everyday group life – for example on development, settling in or special needs.

Promoting holistic activities
Children are naturally curious and creative. Promoting a wide range of activities for holistic development is based on the BayKiBiG and is an essential part of our concept.
We gently encourage our little ones to develop their own ideas through play. In this way they get to know the world, learn to communicate with others and express themselves individually.
Children learn from one another. We give them room to develop freely and independently – embedded in a structured, loving and social environment.
The educators are not only extremely competent professionally, but also a human enrichment in the education of the little ones. In the two years that our son has attended the facility, there has not been a single day when the staff has seemed stressed or overwhelmed.

The provider of the Kukita nurseries and kindergartens is Heike Speitmann. The individual facilities are operated by Kukita Allach, Großhadern, Milbertshofen, Neuhausen, Pasing and Schwabing GmbH & Co KG.
